CGHY Quantity Enterprise was founded in 2020 by Clarice Gan , a veteran provisional quantity surveyor who specializes in the measurement of structural, architectural, and external works. The company is also involved in handling projects from the initial tender stage to the final account stage. All the measurement works, progress claims, submission of variation orders including material wastage control will be monitored from stage to stage.
